New Class Scheduled during Pentecost

Parables – the main teaching tool of Jesus
 

Good Samaritan, Lost Sheep, Prodigal Son – these are the most familiar to us. But there are more, and we’re going to look at a selection of parables on a series of Wednesdays to find out what Jesus wants us to know. Each Sunday’s sermon by Dr. Mahsea Evans will also feature  parables (but with some differences). 

 

There is no textbook for this class, and no assignments (unless you want to do some further studying yourself). Everything will happen in the six 1-½ hour sessions. Carl Thomas is the leader for these study classes. Discover what parables are, why they look so simple but are really more complex, and how to interpret them for yourself.

 

We’d like to know that you are coming. All are welcome. Please register for either the morning or evening gathering.
