Maundy Thursday Service Returns!
Almost 2,000 years ago Jesus asked us to love one another and to share bread and drink together to remember his work and message. That event, the mandate (thus the maundy) for how to do and be church, is commemorated in a Thursday-before-Good-Friday service in churches all around the world.
Except for pandemics!! So for the first time since 2019, we’re announcing a Maundy Thursday service will be held at the church building! It will be at
6:30 p.m. on Thursday April 14.
The service lasts just over a half an hour usually. Hope you can make it. But it will also be on Facebook Live, which we also load onto YouTube.
Good Friday
We’ll have a simple Good Friday service on our Facebook and YouTube sites. It will be available any time on that Friday, April 15.
